The collection of trendy boutique hotels launches Live Chat available online from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time.
Epoque Hotels & Avantgarde Hotels has launched its new Live Chat service. The chat is already effective and is available online in both the Epoque and Avantgarde websites’ homepage. A member of the staff will attend customers’ needs during regular office hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time).
The Live Chat is designed to allow customers to make reservations in a more convenient way. It is open to all without the need of logging in, only by filling name, question and email address. Any question can be asked with no restrictions. The service will provide a convenient way to reach Epoque & Avantgarde Hotels. There will be no need to make a long distance telephone call, and the reply will reach the customer faster than email.
At the moment the Live Chat is only in English, but soon the service will be provided also in other major languages.
