Originating back to the 1830’s No. 1 Pery Square is a Grade 1 Listed building, meaning it is listed on the inside as well as the outside, with restrictions being placed during restoration but ultimately adding to the character of the hotel by preserving original features of this elegant and historical Georgian property. Over the 3 painstaking years it took to complete owner Patricia never lost sight of her vision allowed her to see the possibility of turning the original stone cellar with its caverns and coal bunker into what Condé Nast see as the hotel’s WOW factor, exquisite treatment rooms and the luxurious fully organic urban spa it has become today.
