Epoque Hotels Upgrades Online Booking System with EHBOX
Miami, Florida (July 14, 2008) – Epoque Hotels today announced that it has selected the EHBOX booking engine, considered by many travel trade analysts to be the industry’s most sophisticated and user-friendly system. The EHBOX system is already live on Epoque’s web site, www.epoquehotels.com.
Additionally, a comprehensive new EHBOX online travel agent section will be available on Epoque’s web site this fall.
The EHBOX system and its highly modern, sophisticated tools are intended to provide Epoque’s 300 member hotels with a more personalized and efficient way to communicate with travel agents, guests, corporate clients and meeting planners. Epoque expects that the EHBOX engine will better support hoteliers in achieving increased sales performances, especially from travel agents; boost efficiencies in managing groups and tour operators; and enable sales /marketing staff to better respond to industry trends.

With EHBOX, hoteliers can customize and prioritize client and agent information (booking history, payment details, etc) in their databases to best suit their needs and goals. Additionally, by “talking” via the EHBOX travel agent extranet, hoteliers have an opportunity to create special rates, packages and other programs
