Once a popular area for photographers and toy manufacturers, the Flatiron District has become known for housing advertising agencies and publishers, computer and internet start-up companies, and trendy restaurants and shops. The infamous Flatiron Building – for whom the hotel is named, is one of the City’s original skyscrapers.

In the Flatiron District, there are fantastic restaurants, famous bars and the rich history of New York all in one neighborhood. Between our location on Broadway, our brand new rooms, multi-lingual staff, and Chelsea right outside our front door, we will offer the ultimate New York experience.”

The property will include 64 guestrooms, a rooftop bar, full-service restaurant, a fitness center and even a two-story fish tank in the lobby.
